I started this post to show people that hates school, that they are not alone about it, I'm tired of going on school and I have had school for the last 12-13 years.

Here is my opinion about what I hate at school (Hate the long schooldays most ofc, like 8-10 hours some days......)

I myself hate the advisors at my school, they never tell people deadlines of switching classes like Biology and History & Philosophy or when you ask them something they don't have an answer for that before half a year later. Sometimes it feels like that they are retarded and don't even have the education to be advisors -.-'

I hated nothing at school. Im out of it for some years now, and they say you will look back differently afterwards, but i actually enjoyed it, at least the last 3 years very much. The years before i guess i was like every child/teen not liking this or that teacher, having some problems with the "cool kids", which later i was friends with as well as with the (more or less former) weirdos.

None of the kids cared, and because of that, none of the teachers cared. 9 out of 10 classes, the only instruction we got was along the lines of "Quiet down", and usually only once or twice.

I've been to a fair few schools, at least when compared to those who went to one primary school and one high school. This is the sixth school I've been to, and it's not as bad as the others. The students are pretty tolerant and accepting, for one.

I guess I hate the fact that it's in the middle of the city, and therefore it takes me like an hour to get there, and there's loads of pressure because it's selective and everyone is really smart, so I actually have to do work instead of slacking off like I did before.

And the teachers are pretty bad. They rely on the students to be brilliant, and they don't teach very well. They just tell you stuff, but they don't actually teach. Oh, and it's a single-sex school. I think a lot of the students would just go insane if there weren't so many all boys' schools nearby.

I dont know where you daisies get off with your "private school" but public high school over here is quite literally hell.

I kno this makes me a total nerd; but the only thng that bugs me about school is that most of the other students seem a bit slow... We've spent whole classes on concepts that should take a half-hour at most.

I just hate the other kids, who don't know what the word "sensible" means.

Spending 8 hours in a mental institution is not what I asked for (yes, they're that bad)

Nothing, I love my new school... Really. The only complaint I could possibly have is long school days, but I really dont mind cause it's fun to be there.. and the fact that my classmates doesnt live near me means I only meet them at school (and weekends).

So yeah, my school is perfect! :p

Note: The school is completely new (opened this year) and it costed 800 million NOK to build it (around 85 million GBP I think).

I remember I say this black, ghetto girl in my class a year ago. Now she's divorced and has 2 babies. And she's a sophomore. That shit happens all the time in my school

Same story with my school. I'm glad I'm home school now.

A lot of the problems in my school right now is that there aren't enough competent people in the higher up positions. The people that handle absences, paperwork, and all that jazz (which are also, coincidentally, the people you go to to reschedule or to ask other such questions), don't ever have their shit together. Allegedly, I hate over 13 absences last year. In one class. Every other class I had 4 in. o_O

So in short? Everyone that handles absences and schedules and dates and crap like that, are completely incompetent and need to be replaced.

If I had to pick? The utter lack of control we have concerning... well, anything that goes on, from the optional modules we study to budget allocation.

"Hey, kids, no need to worry! I know you wanted this *technology high school* to have, bare minimum, enough functioning computers for an entire class to be working simultaneously, but our innovative genii have come up with something even COOLER!

We decided that, since all of you kids HATE boring old sign-in methods, now you can use this very expensive and ethically questionable no consent needed compulsory fingerprint scanner! Luckily, it didn't cost any more than that silly old computer and science lab budget- we nearly had to cut into the 50% overall we had allocated to graffiti removals in the toilets."

You think I'm utilizing the old fan favorite, hyperbole? Oh, I hope you do, because it means that your school has some basic priorities sorted out.

But, no, I love High School- I feel at least at home in my school as I do at my house.

I loved school in the last few years. I learned that the bullies were rather squeemish when you showed them their own blood. The teachers understood my humour, but it didn't spoil a certain graphics teacher for teaching us fuck all then complaining about how we've done nothing in a 2 hour lesson about him talking about his life in the army.

The school i went to was small, so not all the classes i wanted to take were available to me. So i had to take classes that did not interest me and i struggled with that. Its not so bad but that was the worst thing.

Well the vice-principle was a douche, but that was outweighed by how many awesome teachers we had.

In elementary school to high school, bullies.

Now that I'm in University, the way some lectures take place in a completely different facility. That has illogical numbering of classrooms and bad directions.

Also this, back in high school. I just doodled most of the time, and read books I brought from home, especially in math and English that were the subjects that were easy to me.
