i don't mind school, 'tis quite fun, bar the odd command from the upper echelon of the school making their commands and changing things that worked properly before hand

Not enough plugs in the student center, makes for some hard times sitting around on the computer.

Im not in school but 2nd year of University, what do I hate? Paying over £3200 a year for 8 hours a week of lectures and seminars. Feels like im being mugged in broad daylight.

As a college student, I would have to say that the problems are still the same: loud, obnoxious people who shout and holler at every turn, leave litter and garbage (and sometimes entire slices of salami) all around the dorms and campus, and insist on playing music with incredibly loud bass and then leaving it on when they leave their room for an hour.

My college actually has a group of SUPER religious (to put it lightly) Christians who make a scene in the atrium in front the library. Luckily the cops watch over them to make sure it doesn't get out of hand.

I am currently studying for a BH in History and Sociology. I have 3 courses each Semester which each add up to 20points.

Each Semester I will do the following
1 course in History & Sociology
1 Course in Histroy
1 course in Sociology.

Right now my Time table looks like this.

Monday - 1 hour History Lecture
Tuesday - Nothing
Wednesday - 1 hour History Lecture
Thursday - 2 hour History and Sociology - Lecture + workshop. - 1 hour Sociology Seminar
Friday - 2 hour Sociology Lecture.

Thats actually 7 hours.... I will have a Seminar starting on Fridays in a couple of weeks though which is 2 hours so overall it will be 9. Still crap for £3200 a year.

I haven't been to school in 15+ years, but what I hate especially here in Florida, is the fact that football dominates every other aspect of an education. They can't afford to buy more books or hire more teachers or make more classrooms (Florida schools class size was 35-40 per room) yet they can buy new gear for the team, put in a new stadium, intimidate student by teachers into doing their homework so some braindead moron can have a future while you wonder if you can get an academic scholarship that will even pay a fraction of your way in college.

If I could go back to being 16 again though I'd do it in a heartbeat.

We have no stall doors, therefore we poop in front of a community.

It doesn't get much worse than that.

I dont know where you daisies get off with your "private school" but public high school over here is quite literally hell.
Wasn't that bad for me. I was just bored out of my mind.

The cafeteria serves awful food and is horribly overpriced. Then I learned the cafeteria was run by one of the eighth richest companies in the whole world.

I ate there twice. Now I always pack my own lunch. It is just better and cheaper.

Other students, not bullies though. I am just annoyed by the ones that do not even try to do well and hold back the entire class.

Most of the teachers, the staffing, the classes I have, the work, the homework, the absence of a good music or art class, my peers, the fact half of us have to share lockers, the lines in the cafeteria, the cafeteria itself, the smell in the cafeteria, the food in the cafeteria, the smell in the bathrooms, the food in the bathrooms, how cleanly everything is(n't), having to wear a uniform, seeing commercials for (back to) school clothing when every school I've ever been to requires khakis and polos, seeing every tv show ever on tv that has kids in school without a uniform, the books I have to carry, having to use a backpack, having to change before PE starts, PE class, the locker room, Axe, people who smoke, the cheer leader's uniforms, the fact I'm stuck in this shithole of a school because I was rejected from another school I wanted to enter because I'm not a racial minority, the fact they only get 1-ply toilet paper, the fact no one uses a toilet nowadays and does their business on the walls or the trash can or the floor, the fact I'm apparently the only one who's read a book in it's entirety in my class other than the teacher, the poor selection of books in the library, the fact I haven't had a field trip since middle school, no child left behind, school funding (or rather the lack of it), etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc.

J/k. I don't go to school. But I've had every one of those problems at one point in time. Might as well put an option in the poll that says "Everything".

I can't think of a single thing I liked at any of my schools. Or even found bearable.

Even now, when I'm visiting my Mum and pass one of the buildings, I get this intense feeling of hatred.

School is good for you. Quit whining.

But something I don't like at my particular campus is that they've recently switched to a no smoking policy, and are trying to enforce it. Fair for all if we take something away from the smokers, they're obviously not people.

Uhm.. To get onto the next level of education in Denmark i need to pass 2 foreign language exams.
My school offers only English and German.

The thing I hate is having to take German, when I'd much rather have Spanish or French ):
