I don't think anyone can accurately say, considering it's highly unlikely anyone has experienced both and is able to accurately compare and contrast.

I think it's more of a frequency v. severity sort of thing.

Giving birth would likely hurt more than being kicked in the balls, but it is possible to get kicked in the balls much more often.

Well, it's difficult 'cause I will only ever be able to experience being kicked in the balls. However, Im'a go out out on a limb and say giving birth.

I have hear about a guy who died because of the pain he got from something hitting his balls..
Anyway, this would depend on how hard and who would kick you to balls. If some bodybuilder would kick me to the balls i don't think i would be able to recover from it.

I really can't say from experience because it's not physically possible for me to give birth. I can say however that being kicked in the balls hurts like no other. It also depends on how hard they can kick.

Edit: If Chuck Norris kicked you in the balls you die.

Getting kicked in the balls is usually done before the recipient can prepare, so that's +1 to balls. If done hard enough, the sheer speed of pain can put you into shock and kill you if you are not careful, so that's another +1. The sheer loss of pride of having to go down after being kicked is also a pretty big factor, so that's a +1. The pain goes away moderately fast, however, (couple of hours to a day) and doesn't usually call for the need of medical attention, so that's a -1. And you do wrack up respect points from your bros if you do get kicked in the balls, so that's another -1.

Ball-smashing goodness: 1

Getting pregnant and sustaining pregnancy can be emotionally and physically draining as well as painful, so that's a +1. After all is said and done, the hours (or days) of being in labor is also extremely painful (so I have heard), so that's a +1. There's a lot more medically that could go wrong during birth, which can result in a LOT of pain, so that's also a +1. It can also take very long to recover from a bad pregnancy, and if the woman gets a C-section, she could be in serious abdominal pain for a very long time, so that's a +1. Women also produce a MASSIVE amount of painkillers before labor, so that's a -1. Women also have a whole hell of a lot of time to prepare for pregnancy, whereas men do not have time to prepare for their ball/pride incapacitation, so that's a -1. Also, all of the bad effects I have mentioned are if the pregnancy goes awry, which doesn't happen as often as one would think, so that's a -1.

Baby-tearing fun: 1

My conclusion from a scientific analytical process (SHUTUP IT IS), is that getting kicked in the balls is exactly equal in every way, shape, and form to giving birth. Anyone who refutes this evidence needs to go out and have a beer, or possibly go to bed.

it's absolutely childbirth. no question.

disgusting and probably all too personal reasoning:
i have a medical condition which causes intestinal inflammation. in other words, it hurts a lot to poop, definitely more than a kick to the nuts. as mild as my condition is, if it hurts that much, i don't even want to imagine passing something more than 6 inches in diameter.

edit: wow, i kind of wish this wasn't the pagetopper now :/

After having a baby a lot of women say, 'I want another one'

You ever hear a guy wanting to be kicked in the balls again?

If the pain of being kicked in the balls lasted as long as childbirth it would trump it but it doesn't thankfully

I can tell you this:

I have been kicked in the balls. It hurt. A lot.

HOWEVER:

I have been given an epidural after major abdominal surgery. That epidural dulled most of the pain, though I was still in agony whenever I needed to move. Far worse agony than being kicked in the balls.

I am aware that even on an epidural, giving birth still hurts like hell.

Given the evidence I have been given, I would say that giving birth is FAR worse.

Apologies for the lack of funny, but those few and far between guys who genuinely believe that a standard getting kicked in the balls is worse don't half annoy me.

Well this is a bit of a ridiculous question...just cause these r 2 totally different things....girls cant imagine the pain of taking one to the balls and guys cant imagine the pain of childbirth..... but if we maybe gave comparisons like.....for girls to compair u could say: What hurts more? childbirth? or getting punched right to the boobs (it is a sensitive gland that is painful when struck directly)....and for guys u could say: what hurts more? getting kicked in the balls? or shitting out a watermelon :p LOL

Let's see:
Birth: -painful -ungodly long -worth it for bringing life into this world
Balls: -also painful - lasts about 15 min. -Like giving birth, but in reverse
Meh, I choose no comment. Although nut shot hurt your pride... a lot...

Better yet, men can experience birth. Everyone here's had a thunder dump before, right?
Thunder dump - (adj.) description used for the massive S***s people take. For personal experience, eat at P.F. Chang's for lunch and dinner for a week.

interesting... I've never thought about it like that.

I'm reminded of the cases where women with postpartum psychosis [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postpartum_psychosis] have done some murder/suicides; can't say I've ever heard that happening to some guy after being kicked in the balls.

The physical pain is irrelevant, its the other effects that the event causes that are important.

So swift kick in the balls = insignificant. Child birth = significant. It doesn't matter which is more painful.

I would have to say that childbirth is going to be generally worse... but you should remember that being kicked in the balls can cause an exploded testicle. THAT would definitely be worse.

Let's assume you're only getting kicked in the balls once and only giving birth once.
Objectively, the ball kicking will probably last a few seconds at most, and the pain will last, what? Several hours at most? However there is nothing to reward you for being kicked in the balls, and definitely no benefit to it.
Giving birth on the other hand lasts longer. Women can be in labour for as long as 20+ hours, in really unlucky situations. Plus you'll probably have pain afterwards. Unlike getting kicked in the balls, there is a reward. (Assuming you want the kid, or at least want it out of you) You get the satisfaction of a new life and, if that's not a comfort, the end of 9 months of pregnancy.

[a href="http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/vaginal-tears/PR00143"]Here.[/a] While only illustrations, not necessarily safe for work, or for those of weak stomachs.

Yeah, so... childbirth gets my vote.

Not just for that, though. Don't get me wrong, kick to the nuts is not happy times by any stretch of the imagination. It doesn't generally last for hours or days, and doesn't generally involve the reconfiguration of your internal organs/pelvic bones.

A better comparison, however, might be kidney stones.
