I'd say a foot to the family jewels hurts far more just because I, as a guy, cannot ever experience the other option, though I'm sure its more painful :p

Birth definitely hurts more. I'm a guy, and *I'm* scared of childbirth. It's squeezing a watermelon out of a hole the size of a lemon! Getting kicked in the balls may happen more often, but it's not more painful.

Well obviously pregnancy and giving birth is more painful, but at least a baby or two come out of it. There's no reward for testicular pain.

Tell you what...let's wait until someone can do both and ask them. ;)
Is it possible for someone with XXY chromosomes to become pregant? If so it could be possible for someone to be kicked in the balls and become pregnant. That way we could sort this all out. For science!
haveing one extra X cromosone on your last pair (XXX or XXY) is called downs syndrome. so no

I'd say have a baby pushed out of you vagina is more painful then a kick in the balls.Just a guess though.
Well lets assume that the pain levels are the same. Male and female brains interpret pain differently, so getting kicked in the balls would hurt less. Besides, breaking a femur hurts more from what I hear.

There's a problem here, guys wouldn't know what giving birth feels like, and girls wouldn't know what being kicked in the balls feels like, for all we know, the pain levels could be similar.
But for the sake of this poll,I vote for giving birth.

Considering a woman is pushing a eight pound human out, I'd say that. And saying "the vagina stretches" doesn't really hold up because "the vagina stretches" is another way of saying "contractions" which women have described as obscenely painful. There's also all the women that actually get torn flesh from giving birth.
And I've known women who gave birth and it doesn't really end after giving birth... You then spend the next few weeks extremely sore and hurting down there.

I'd say being kicked in the nuts hurts more than being kicked in the clit but yeah. giving birth wins.

I have no nads, but I do have children. It didn't feel good, it lasted for hours, then it continued for weeks after (only a dull lingering pain, but pain nontheless). Did it without drugs and did it with drugs. Never doing it again. So I vote birth, just because.

I would say balls I mean, how many women choose to have children? How many guys choose to have their balls kicked? Clearly if it would hurt more then women wouldn't opt for natural child birth. Also giving birth is a natural human function, getting kicked in the balls is not naturally supposed to happen. Therefore I would imagine getting kicked is worse. Of course Ive only experienced one of the options

there's a third of people who have chosen "kicked in the balls" on this poll thus far ...

To me that just says there's a third of the voters who have never WATCHED childbirth.

Childbirth wins. hands down. every single time.

I've sustained plenty of groin attacks in my time, even been left writhing in agony. Having witnessed the miracle of birth (an experience I'd willingly chew off a limb to avoid having to repeat), however, I can honestly say that the pain of a thousand kicks in the **** are but a drop in the ocean compared to the hell of childbirth. It was torturous enough being a bystander; I dread to think what it'd be like if that was my body going through the process.

well, one's impact on one of the most sensitive parts of a body... while the other is stretching a small hole (unless they're "active") to the point of pushing out a baby... Babies are wide things. So, first stretches the pelvis, then the rest... So for this one, I'll go against my gender and say birth... mainly because I've heard the screaming involved in birth, and while getting kicked in the balls does yield some shouts, that's nothing... Especially considering they're on pain killers before the birthing really gets going, and it still causes that kind of noise... It frightens me
