lamb. seriously, roast lamb is the greatest thing ever when cooked right. following that comes pork, then duck, then ham, then beef, then everything else. bear in mind, this isn't winning by a lot, i have yet to find meat (save sushi and shellfish) that i disagree with even slightly.

Beef all the way. Nothing beats a good steak. Also beef can be made into the greatest sandwich meat of all, pastrami; fried pastrami and cheese on a bun is the sandwich of the gods.

Isn't 'Bacon' considered 'Pork/Ham'?
According to some "Intellectuals" on the forum they are somehow different, most likely because they prefer bacon and have no actual factual reason.
they are different. you'd think a pig's ass and a pig's shoulder taste different. and it does because shoulder meat would be more muscley then butt meat.pork ham and bacon are different, they come from the same animal, but different bits. just curious, do you think veal and beef are the same? they're not.

Also, i really don't like bacon. ham's okay, with cheese and pork is good with apple sauce. just say'n

Probably fish. I love salmon and fried catfish. The best meal I have ever had was cedar planked salmon. I cost around $60-70 but damn it was good!

Petite cut Sirloin steak, grilled, medium rare with sauteed green/red peppers, mushrooms and sweet Vidalia onions.

I am a roast duck man. First time I ever had it was like an orgy in my mouth, Uncle Iro was right. That stuff is delicious as all hell. Sadly I don't get to have it that often as very few restaurants i've been to have it on the menu and I can not for the life of me find any duck in a store.

In a very close second place is bacon, god's gift to all mankind.
Wow that really sucks, no Chinatown? (When I'm craving some roast duck its just a short train, maybe 20 minutes, away)

While duck is great nothing beats a perfect steak. Nothing.

(Though I had some fagra in San Francisco that was to die for. )
