Well, if you take Avatar as an answer, then I'm going with Megas XLR.
But Futurama is right up there. Also, mindless or not I still love Ed, Edd, and Eddy from back in the day.

Gargoyles was pretty amazing and I loved Teen Titans as well. I never finished Avatar but I watched most of it.

South Park just keeps getting better in my opinion and Futurama is hit or miss with the new season.

If I can honestly ask- why can't we choose an Anime? Not upset, just overall curious due to Anime being considered an animation (cartoon) in Japan. It tends to lean toward the older audience of course, but you already probably knew that.

OT: My favorite cartoon.. is way to obvious. Just look at my Avatar, that is an overkill hint on what my favorite cartoon is of all time.

Why, because I SAY SO! Not really, it's because there are enough "Recommend me an anime." threads, so I wanted an opinion on western cartoons.
