Why the court Jester of course! (jk)

I would choose the Manual labourer since I could do with a work out.
Except manual labour before modern times was literally backbreaking work.

I wouldn't want any of them, because life hundreds of years ago was shit for everybody.
That's the boring answer though, so I think I'd go with "doctor" because I may get some kind of sadistic pleasure out of bleeding someone to cure their cold.
Meh for nobles it wasn't so bad unless you got sick. Either that or a high ranking member of the clergy they held a lot of influence in social and political pheres (often too much) that and in many parts there was sanctioned prostitution so you didn't go without company for too long unless you were stuck in a monastery and even then they often left to take care of "business."

I really have to laugh at some of the Anachronisms being thrown around like historical facts, especially the 'lone badass' ones. (You are dead before the week is out because of your shitty 21st century immune systems, by the way)

Most of the positions listed make for good storytelling, but would probably kill you within a few years, assuming you're not shanked for your funny clothes by some street tough the instant you enter the city.

Executioner, of course. You get paid to lop people's heads off with large axes. Also those black mask things are BADASS
See how many crying teenagers you can decapitate before it starts eating at your soul...

I picked law, simply because there was always the chance you'd fuck the right guy in the barracks prison-style and land a cushy patrol of some noble's estates.

Oh, and all you mouthy ladies? You gonna get beaten and raped. Marry as well as you can with no dowry and shit out a few kids, praying your husband doesn't die before they can take care of you.

Monarch of course. Absolute power, authority and vast riches is very appealing. Add to this courtly life, political intrigue and war and the general ability to do whatever I like. Yep it's a King's life for me. I would totally love to be in control of a kingdom, satisfies my cravings for power and authority very nicely. (hey i want to be a politician or diplomat as my real life career).

Though it's not an option i'd rather be a Duke from a prominent family in the realm. Basically nearly all the advantages of a king without most of the disadvantages and responsibilities.

Downer man.. I know it was terrible to live before. But pretend it wasnt, it is what I do anyway. Hehe. And I dont think the crying teenagers really bothered an executioner after enough time doing it.

Cloth merchant or tailor of some sort. Good money, low chance of being murderer for arbitrary reasons, nothing too dangerous to work with.

In reality, I'd be a cloth merchant's wife or daughter, but there's a good chance someone would die before me and I'd wind up a comfortable widow.

Priest; Loads of power and you got to live off the profits of other peoples work.
Definitely my choice too. It would help a lot if you were completely irreligious and an utter bastard. Anyone watched "The Borgias"? Alternatively Black Adder and "The Babyeating Bishop of Bath and Wells"... someone like that, but with less morals ;)

With my modern medical knowledge, I'd make a comparatively excellent doctor. Not that I have any medical training, but I at least know that the cure for everything is not bleeding.

Oh I dunno. If you have no blood there cant be nothing wrong with you.. ;P
And I think you'd be burned if you started yapping on about medicines and surgery.

Either warrior or king. Preferably a mounted knight instead of infantry. Commanding instead of being ordered as well.

I'd be a knight, and find Castle Anthrax from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Side note: this thread reminds me of that one bit from Frasier: "Where are you getting these from? The Big Book of Medieval Professions?"
