KOTOR 3 would be amazing!
I've played the Old Republic a bit, but it's just not the same. The decision to make it a MMO was obviously influenced by monetary reasons and that just pisses me off, that we passed beside another KOTOR just because EA got a bit greedy.
I would also like another Eternal Darkness, maybe not a sequel because I don't think that'd make much sense, but something in the same vein.

Dungeon Keeper 3
Even though it was quite a long time ago I'm still quite sad that the team got dissolved and the game got canceled. Though I guess I can hope that Kickstarter games like Maia, Godus and War For the Overworld will fill that void. Though to be honest I don't really know if anything ever will.
