Do you know there's a difference between Laser and Optical mouses? Laser is newer than optical, even though it's not always the better option. Could you please include both in the poll?GameDouble said:I'm curious to know what kind of mice(?) you use. I use a trackball.
Yes, I spell it lazer.
Ah, well then I have an Optical Mouse. As for the other thing, gaming isn't necessarily synonymous with technological know-how, it's just that sometimes the interests overlap. Personally I think it's neat how gaming is becoming mainstream enough that gamer steriotypes are now largely irrelevant (like the computer nerd/gamer steriotype).holydog said:I still remember the days when gamers know a lot about computers... I don't really know the difference between the two, since I'm pretty dumb when it comes to the technical aspects of computers (and it's a family computer, so I didn't buy the mouse.)) where its a concentrated laser beam that hits the surface. Since it doesnt need to power a LED, the battery lasts a lot longer
Correct me if im wrong cause im not sure if its correct :S

Luckily, I didn't make the image...though given how often I berate people for calling the Dramatic Prairie Dog a "gopher," I probably shouldn't be surprised.tharwen said:I'M A'CHARGING MAH LAZAH!!!!!!!!!!!

That sounds correct, thanks for the explanation. Now, if only the OP would realize his mistake and correct the poll.holydog said:I still remember the days when gamers know a lot about computers...
