I only picked it because the instruction book recommended it as the best Pokemon to start the game. I instantly regretted it when I saw my rivals Charizard :-(

to be honest ive never really liked any of the starter pokemon better than the other 2 (even though they are cooler and more powerful than most other pokemon in the game) but i did really like how in xd u got eevee as your starter (one of my two favourite pokemon) but if i had to choose one of your options it would be pikachu

Totodile or Cyndaquil, it's been so long I can't remember which since everytime I replayed I chose one of the two.

Though for a change of pace, Squirtle when I got then next game and always picked water from that point on.

Charmander (in the original Red). I mean, it's a fire-breathing dragon. You don't get any cooler than that.

Ditto. And so this isn't an empty post, I'll add that I really didn't like Charmeleon. And I think Bulbasaur would be the hardest to use throughout the game and never have.

Charmander on my LG!I remember how it evolve to Charizard in less than 1 day like it was yesterday.

It has followed me for like 6 years and is still my main pokemon.
