Rollercoaster phobia - thanks to being about 4 metres away from this: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/1615077.stm Now I can't go anywhere near 'coasters or funfairs/similar, cause I'll have panic attacks.

I have always been scared (now: just a little) of deep water, like oceans. The thought of being out there in the waves, with a thousand feet of water beneath me...
Also, fear of spiders. Not the really tiny ones, but anything bigger than an inch can make me go ballistic. Especially if it moves fast.
Not particularly afraid of insects though. I guess I draw the line at legs > 6.

the dark, butterflies/moths, and wasps.
i never used to be scared of the dark but now being in the dark, especially alone, freaks me the hell out. i get all panicky and shaky. if i have to be in my house alone and the lights outside of my room are off, i sprint to the nearest light switch and as i move around the house i switch on every light I can.

I suffer from mild paranoia, it's not really clinical and I don't think people are out to get me or anything, but I tend to overthink problems to the point of making myself sick with stress and worry. I also tend to get "set off" by certain things, which makes me think it's actually a mild neurosis rather than simple everyday fear.
A lot of stuff, actually: needles, being too close to sharp objects, the dark, vomit, rabid animals, drowning, heights/falling... (Okay, so maybe I'm a bit paranoid.)
But my biggest fear would be of the dead/undead. There's just something about corpses rising up to shamble about and eat people, turning THEM into zombies and so on and so on that scares the living CRAP out of me.
And I don't like death/gore either. Maybe a little bit/on tv, but closeups and too much of it give me the creeps.
EDIT: Oh, and I have a fear of strangers, and worry that they may be kill me or do some other bad thing, but I think that comes from watching too much television (Especially since I happen to be fond of crime stories/shows about forsenics or prisons and stuff like that).

I'm actually shocked, no one said snakes so far. It's actually ridiculos, as I live in germany and the only poisenous snakes we have here are either not to harmful and can't kill you within minutes or in the zoo. I'm actually interested in snakes, but after having seen them in the zoo or in tv, I always have that bad feeling that they are arround me or in my bed and I'm going to be bitten any moment now. Even happens when I'm only thinking about them, like right now. Got my feet up on my chair, so a snake on the floor won't reach them. I'm even to scared of looking down right now, cause I might see a snake. That's crazy isn't it?

Maybe someone knows and can tell me.) Hell I didn't sleep in three days after that. I also have nightmares about snakes pretty often.
