It's friday night, I'm bored, and I need to stay awake for a while to reset my sleep schedule. So, I thought I'd ask a personal question. Do you prefer ladies or fellas? Or both? Or neither?

Asexual. Blame childhood trauma, blame a natural aversion to all things intimate, I just don't have the desire to further my bloodline. I'm perfectly happy being that fun uncle with all the videogames. That's all the interaction with kids that I want - handing them a controller (or 2) and watching them build a whole new skillset.

Bisexual, traditionally preferring girls. Still do when it comes to primary partners, mainly for personal emotional reasons. Gotten used to the idea of sleeping with guys over the last few years. Still repulsed by a lot of guys, but the exceptions are getting pretty numerous. Guys are also a lot easier to deal with for causal sex, dating and such. Overall I prefer other bisexuals of either gender, simply more flexible and a lot easier due to my condition. Straight guys can be a bit too simple-minded and tend to have stupid ideas regarding sex. Meanwhile I feel completely rejected by the lesbian community around here, due to me being bi, eating meat and not caring about gender studies.

So in summary, I prefer bisexuals of either gender and preferably a bit androgyne. Find both straight guys and dykes to be bothersome and complicated to deal with due to their normative and inflexible views regarding relationships and sex. And according to my experience it's easiest to find people of my preference in the metal scene and the BDSM scene. The latter is very transfriendly in Sweden, which means plenty of cute crossdressers and potential boytoys.

I'm just a heterosexual guy. However, I have developed an attraction to certain tans-women, pre-op trans-women (so, women that still retain the male genitalia), thanks to some of my voyages into the ever-colossal infinity that is internet porn. Whether this has any actual effect regarding sexuality, I know not. Since they're more feminine than anything else though, I still regard it as heterosexuality, even if they do have penises.

I may be wrong however. I find anything regarding trans- to be pretty damn confusing.

Considering how many genders there are supposed to be I wouldn't be surprised if someone came here all angry because you forgot some sexualities. Anyways I wanna say Hetero but I've never met anyone I've wanted to have sex with. I don't know if there is a super special one for that but if there is maybe that applies... or I just haven't met the right person yet who knows.

I'm attracted to both males and females so I guess that makes me bisexual, though I have other more specific criteria than gender in a partner so I'd gravitate towards an 'other' option more really.

Completely heterosexual. Not much more to say on the matter, I suppose.

Hope everyone is having a fantastic day :D

At the moment, asexuality is the second most popular option after heterosexuality.

Oh, Escapist, you never change.

OP: I'm straight, I like men.

I'm very boring.

100% Hetero. I like women and would never be able to be sexually (or romantically) involved with a man. Gives me the shivers.

I also predict that there is going to be a hugeeeeee blow up about transexuality in this topic, or pan sexuality, or any other buzzwords that werent included in your list (kinda like what White Lightning said).

But yeah, dats me, straight as an arrow... that's straight. Heh.

What can I say, I like the mancandy.
So, hetero.
This topic comes up a lot and I never feel I have anything to add. I'm not too complicated. I just like cute guys.

I use my right hand, I did experiment with the left one but I really prefer rightey. Not saying there's anything wrong with people rooting for the lefty but it just isn't for me.

Heterosexual. I did go through a phase where I thought I might be bisexual, but considering I haven't found myself attracted to a man in a long time, that might have just been part of me trying to understand what my sexual orientation really is, not that I was ever bisexual to begin with.

Boring vanilla heterosexual. I really wish I was bi because it would open up a much wider array of potential partners. However I just cannot find the male form attractive. Asexuality would be kinda nice as well, but someone has to give the parents grandkids and my sister has nominated me.

While everyone's here. I've always wondered about phraseology. Is it modern, as one might say, to use the words usual or typical to refer to the dominant sexual preference that is heterosexuality. I've caught myself using words like normal when defining it and, to a certain extent, there is normalcy about heterosexuality but is that a subconscious social pressure or just a reflection of the world as it is? I think it could make a forum by itself.

I picked asexual because I don't know what my sexual orientation is. I've never had romantic feelings to either gender and i'm not looking for a relationship (and I've not bothered exploring my sexuality, I don't care that much). Someday that may change, but i'll cross that bridge when i get to it.

The ammount of options is so vast and the choices of the poll are so few that I feel the result will be incomplete, but I digress.

The best option that fits me is bisexual although I'm more straight than gay (bicurious would fit better however). Only a couple of guys got my attention so far so... yeah.

Straight as the crow flies, my mum didn't alter my attributes much during Character Creation.

I had a brief Bi thing but it was more weird growing up stuff and hormones than anything else.
Ah youth.
