Saguenay, Quebec, Canada ! An ok place to live, where the weather can get as high as +30 on Summer and as low as -40 on Winter. Im telling ya go outside with minus 40. After 5 minutes your ears are frozen. But the nice thing is that i can endure really low temperatures.
