My dorm room. So, technically... my room/bathroom/office/kitchen/closet.

Also, it looks vaguely like a prison cell. The beauty of brick walls!

Actually, I game in a multitude of different places. I have a 360, PS3, and PS2 in my room; the computer is down in the garage/pantry; and there is this small room next to my room that is refereed to as the "game room", which contains an original Xbox and a Gamecube.

I play in the living room because thats the only place I can get internet for my 360 (goddamn I need to get wireless, if only it weren't so goddamn expensive). This means I can't play all the time because other people might want to watch TV when I'm on. Plus I have to keep the volume down some.

As for on my laptop I can do it where-ever I can get internet connection. Which is usually my room. Much more privacy there.

I play my computer games in my dorm now I guess, but I haven't had a chance to play any yet since I've only just moved to university...

I have a PS3 at my home, but nothing here, no tv :(

I have my PS3 and PC connected into my 22' Monitor in my Bedroom. If I want to play my Wii, I go to the Living Room

Where you game is an essential part of the experience, whether you're sitting in a treehouse or hanging upside down in a nuclear submarine, it changes how you play.
I play in the family room. Even though I have my own TV that I bought from my uncle, my mom insists that I stay in the living room so she can make sure I'm "using the internet safely"
It actually does have some effect on the experience, as I have to adjust games and sound volume
to avoid interrupting as my family watches an inane reality show.

Where do you game? How does it affect you? Give us your story.
please change the question beause 'game' is not an verb, how about 'play games''enjoy games' or 'play',because even though i read to read books(because its obovous),i play games i don't game as i don't book or soccor

My bro's room. It's where the Xbox is.

Or my room (Surprisingly...) if I want to play on my laptop.

I chose the bedroom, but I was really hoping that someone in this poll would choose bathroom just for laughs.

Please someone choose bathroom :)
Actually, while it's not actually my first choice, I have hooked a gamecube up in my bathroom on multiple occasions. The tub is freakin' comfy.

Anything is a verb if you make it one. And also, please don't criticize my grammar when you left the C out of because and forget to capitalize your I's. It's just common courtesy.

I play them in my bedroom. My computer used to be in the dining room, though, so I played there. Oh, and I also play them in the library at the university during breaks!

Actually it's a pretty common verb now to mean playing videogames or other forms of gaming. "I'm gaming with my friends tonight." "I gamed till five o'clock last night!"

In fact, if you want some proof, here's the Mirriam-Webster definition of Game, Verb:

"to play for a stake"

Obviously it used to just apply to gambling, but now it has transferred over to video games as well. With new technology comes new vocabulary.

And I'd advise you to at the very least use spell-check when criticizing someone else's use of words.

I wouldn't be able to stand playing in any room without privacy and boundaries. It's nice to be able to play without bothering others, or getting interupted every so often.

My bedroom, yo.

On my 19 inch HDTV, biatch.

Word.
This, just on a 23 inch HDTV. :p

Mine's bigger than yours!

Seriously... dudes... 25.5 16:10 1920x1200 with Surround and Windows Media Center, on a swivel so I can turn it from facing my chair, to facing my bed.
Sometimes I stay up a couple hours past bedtime...
YES. Having your TV on a swivel is a must!
