Yorkshire, the one true home of pies and beer and mad Viking pride! Specifically, the city of York, where I attend university.
...that's the British York, not the Toronto one (although we do get the option to go there as part of an exchange).
I grew up in Birmingham, in the Midlands (which is a miserable grey shithole and is where my Dad's Brummie family live) and I've lived half my life in County Durham (which is a beautiful green paradise where my mother's Scottish family live) so I've pretty much fluctuated between the middle of England, the north of England and a halfway point between them.
