Since I've never played Silent Hill, I'm going with Ravenholm.

I have to say that Ravenholm would be bad, though. No Half-Life game has really yet shown what it'd be like if you were zombified by a head crab and forced to try to kill Gordon Freeman.

First you get your head raped by a slimy crab, then you get a crowbar in the face and get chopped in half by a flying sawblade.
