On the basis that they're the only item on the list that's real, I'll vote for mummies. Though you should probably be made aware that they don't get up and move around and they certainly don't chase people, they just lay there being very dead.

While most of them are restricted to a limited to a narrow definition of what they could be, aliens could be anything and thus have the potential to counter anything that goes up against them, with this in mind I believe they are the best choice.
