Skill. If you rely on luck to win, you're going to end up losing a lot.

Personally I think luck but a mixture of both is the best you can hope for. Skill is great and all but I think that luck helps more with a wider diversity of fields. If we put it in a RPG sense, more luck means generally good things happen to you, rather than being able to deal with it when bad things happen. but there is a ton to think of when discussing luck and skill

I've found I generally have better luck when I concentrate REALLY hard on being luck. I don't know why
