Poll: Which of the Top Four of Thrash Metal is your favourite?

Personally, it would be tied first with Metallica and Megadeth.

I like Slayer and Anthrax, but I prefer the other two.

I will vote Metallica because I have more of their albums and tend to listen to them more anyway.

I think they are a highy acclaimed band that deserves all the respect it gets. And if you look on Wikipedia. They are listed as the 'Big 4' in thrash metal.

Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax are all rly good bands, but Metallica is definitely my favorite

Just to put this out there, the only albums that are thrash metal in metallica are the first four. After that, it all goes to hell.

I'd have to say I'm tied between Metallica and Megadeth. Both of them just leave with my mouth open everything I listen to them.

Slayer and Antrax are still good but their music structure isn't as good as Metallica's and Megadeth's. (i.e. Random solo out of no where)

Slayer, no fucking doubt. Metallica and Megadeth are sellouts. Besides Slayer's got Dave Lombardo on drums. And you can't beat Metal classics like "Hell Awaits", "Reign In Blood", "South OF Heaven" and "Seasons in the Abyss". That there is one of the most kick-ass streaks in musical history.

This. I also think megadeth were better throughout the 90's; Countdown To Extinction, Youthanasia, and Cryptic Writings were all much better albums than what Metallica were doing at the time; however, Metallica's 4 classic 80's albums are without equal, at least among the rest of the 'Big 4'

And yes Anthrax could be considered other then Thrash with all the rap metal things they did.
