like half that list, and Glenn beck is NOT a comedian, unless you find his atrocious attitude and dumbassery comedic, but he still fails.

I watched his entire London show. That's 90 minutes. And i was not all the impressed.
The point is that Denis Leary ripped off Bill Hicks, except he did it horribly. Hicks was a genius. At least, that's my opinion.

George Lopez

WHY is this guy always getting a new TV show, they always fail. Comedian-based TV shows always fail.

It's a tie between modern Bob Saget, Carlos Mencia, and that incredibly obese Hispanic with the oddly high pitched voice.

How did I forget Turd Ferguson, uh Norm McDonald? The guy couldn't care less if you laugh or not, and he's just so weird you can't help it. He 's the closest this sad little world will ever get to a real-life Mayor West.

Carlos Mencia is probably the worst comedic act I've ever seen.

The ones that I've enjoyed the most are Robin Williams and Russel Peters
totally Carlos Mencia

WHAT?! I can only pick one... What an outrage.... I voted Duhnam, but he's tied with Larry and Beck. I just picked Duhnam because his act is the same thing over and over again. Even more then Larry. Dan Cook is funny, occasionally, but obscenely overrated. Haven't even heard of the others.

Some of my favorites are George Carlin, Kyle Cease, Dimitri Martin, Steven Colbert, Jim Carry (Doesn't do stand up anymore, but whatever), and John Stewart.

I am intellectually superior to the people who like Dane Cook. Yes. And the fans of Larry the Cable Guy. And even people who still watch South Park. We're all guilty of our own, well, guilty pleasures, but if you read through the last couple pages of this thread Mr. Cook's suckitude is well catalogued.

The popularity of comics like this, paired with the relative obscurity of some of those from whom they steal, is indicative of the same phenomenon as most every game developer substantially dialing down the challenge of their games...intellectuals are not breeding on a level consummate with the idiots of the world. For more on this, see the first 10 minutes of the movie Idiocracy. And then turn the movie off and throw it away.

I also think I'm smarter than people who thought Transformers 2 was awesome, and morally superior to Nazis. And trust me, none of this makes me an elitist. I don't think I'm BETTER than anyone, per se, I'm just smarter and have more taste :)
Holy Crap i was just thinking about idiocracy the sad thing is the intro to that movie is so true.
