Poll: Who's your favorite game developer?

Blizzard, they gave us Warcraft III and should be recognized for such a accomplishment.

Out of those two? Hard to say; I like both Left 4 Dead and Mass Effect.

Valve. They have always supported my favorite games and brought me new ones. I would bow down to Gabe Newell.

I'm gonna say Blizzard, other than some ill advised console ports I have yet to play a Blizzard game that wasn't completely top notch.

Valve is a close second but games like Counterstrike and Left 4 Dead just haven't held any interest for me.

Bioware is always hit or miss for me. For every Knights of the Old Republic or Mass Effect there seems to be a Sonic Chronicles or Jade Empire just waiting in the wings to knock them down a few pegs.

Bethesda is always confusing, they obviously put a lot of time and effort into their games but I don't think I've ever played one of their titles where I came away from it happy that I spent the time or money that I did.

If I'm going to be honest, Lionhead. I have yet to play a game from them I didn't like.

Game Freak. The only dissappointing thing about the pokemon games are the fans.

I love Bioware's new RPGs, but my heart belongs to Black Isle Studios. They made my top 3 favorite games of all time.

The same can be said about bioware. Ever since MDK 2 i love them also.

Ah, that company had some good games. Even the cheesy ones like McDonald's Treasure Land Adventure were enjoyable.

My heart still favors the lost Troika.

Up until a few years ago I would have said id. John Carmack is, quite frankly, a technical God.

Nowadays I'd go for Valve, though.
