Unfortunately, there really is no 'fake' Subzero. If I understand right, it's a title, and it's awarded to the best practicioner of ice. So regardless, Subzero is Subzero. Sorry you don't do well with him.

Ah... I just thought his brother took up the mantle. I could have sworm they were just codenames for the Lin Kuei; as I remember Kuai Liang (Sub-Zero Mk II) was originally codenamed Tundra.

You're still right. Kuai Liang dropped his old handle (Tundra) in favor of that of his brother's (Sub-Zero) to honor his memory after Scorpion killed him. The new story explains it pretty well.

OT: In terms of my favorite character, Sub Zero is higher on my list than Skorpion (or is it Scorpion?).

That ninja look that both of them rock with the blue and yellow vests are just so bad ass.

Which is why I hate the fact that every iteration of Reptile has him looking more and more like an actual lizard. I miss that damn green ninja suit.

I hear ya bout the ninja looks and reptile.... i miss the palette swapping days.
