Some do a better job at it than others, some are greedier than others, but the ends are the same for each and every one. I chose instead to list reasons why I would personally vote for Valve in that poll, because their products and the way they handle them are just as much an indication of their principles as anything else. Hell if people are going to vote EA for petty reasons like online passes, I'd say my subject matter is more than relevant to the discussion.
I could go back and respond to every point you argued against, and while it's tempting, I'm also a lazy bastard, so I'll just repost this portion of my previous post since you conveniently forgot to read it.
