Yes. Course I would. Theres plenty of nice stuff and nice people here. Mind you, I'd certainly want people to owe me for it afterwards. A few statues here and there and a beachside resort of my very own should do it.

Here's a question. If you had the chance to save the world. Let's say that some evil force from outside our universe came and you were the only person who could save the world. Would you do it? Why or why not? Would you do it happily or would you grumble about it?

I personally would, but barely. To be honest, it'd take a lot of goading to do it. It sounds jerk-a**ish, but I can't help but have nothing but disdain for 99% of the world nowadays. Sure, it's generalized, but after everything I've seen and heard in my 22 years on this earth, I can't help but feel a generalized hatred of just about everything.

Hatred's all good and well, but does it really help letting the world perish? Sure, certain aspects of the world seem a little... disagreeable. But we haven't destroyed the world by ourselves(yet), so there has to be something worth saving somewhere

Without context this question is pointless, it's like asking "would you like a million dollars?". It's easy to say "yeah of course I'd save the world" but without knowing what kind of struggles you'd be up against it's easy to imagine yourself as a hero.

Plus you can never know how you'd react in life threatening situations until you actually are in the situation

then again, the question was hypothetical, so we're not meant to consider the practical aspects of it or whether we even have an inner hero to summon forth in times of need

I'd probably agree, but end up procrastinating to the point that well... we'd all be dead.
