Oh my, how curious. I would say no, because most aliens are probably going to try and eat me... plus if they are incredibly advanced and intelligent i'd probably feel like i was being used.

Plus, with an alien, there is a chance for disease or other negative effects that could happen to you.

I would've thought you would be less likely to catch anything than you would be with a human (or other Terran species for that matter). As whatever they might have that would be equivalent to viruses, would be incompatible with our cell structures.
