Poll: Would you Marry a Pornstar?

This belongs in off topic not gaming related but no, absolutely not. This is not because of the number of partners she's had but rather the psychological profile that's attracted to the work. For the same reason I would not marry a prostitute or stripper. (this is not absolute. There can always be circumstance under which my opinion would change but this is my "yes or no" answer)

Well I wouldn't knowingly date a man who has been in porn in the first place so he would have lie or just hide it. Meaning he's shady and I couldn't marry him for that alone. I'm just bad at sex things wouldn't match it would be suicide for my ego. Also I doubt I would be able to become aroused by a man that I know has been with so many women. Even if I felt I loved him I would end it if I found out he was in porn.

I Voted yes. i would if i loved her and it would be ideal for the economy. Marriage doesn't necessarily mean having sex. It's really a money-thing i guess, and a sign of love. I'm not planning ever to marry, but if i do, it wont matter what profession she has.

Most people are probably very open minded and have no problem with their partner being a pornstar or whore, but I do. Its a matter of loyalty for me, and I would never be able to have a good relationship with someone because of that.

In any case, my girlfriend's getting her doctorate in public health and one of the groups she's in works with the adult film industry in Los Angeles. She says the vast majority of porn stars have contracted STDs.

You do know that alot of porn stars don't just do it as a full time thing right? Do you mean they have no DRIVE to try anything new, or they actually lack the potential to do anything? If you actually look into it, they do have potential. They're people, so I assume quite a few of them have still gone through college and shit. I mean... You can only go through with "Imma do nothing for the rest of my life unless I'm fucking." for so long until you're like "Hm... Fucking is getting old." Obviously this is an opinion, but I think they still have the same drive and such, but just for different things.

And how does a gamer becoming a pornstar make a difference? I shall again point you to "I hit with Axe". Pornstars and strippers playing D&D... Gaming if you will......... GASP!
