I chose the Spanish. Mainly because those conquistadores had the most cahones out of any adventurers ever. Sailing across the world in ships barely able to make the trip and conquering the Aztec and Incan Empires, with populations in the millions, with the help of guns, germs and steel is pretty badass.

Plus, their helmets were the best that humanity has ever devised:

However, I will concede that the flag looks awesome.
