No listing for resonators? Of the ones I actually own and play, that one is probably the most fun (it's a fender). I really like electric guitars, but I've never really had a "good one." They are all broken in their own unique ways. I should throw them out once I get a job. I've always wanted a black Epiphone WildKat just because they look nice, but I'm pretty sure they're unavailable now.

I'm at an impass...
On the one hand I adore my newly bought prestine Les Paul Epiphone (electric) but on the other I was raised playing steel-string acoustic...

I've played a Les Paul Custom for the last 7-8 years and I love it. I played a Strat before that and, though I enjoy the guitar, it just can't compare. What it really boils down to is that Humbuckers are the greatest thing known to man. Strats with humbuckers can scream just as good as Les Pauls can.

My personal favourite is the Brian May Redspecial guitar, with its pickup switching and the right gear you can get pretty much any sound you want out of it.

Ive owned a 'super' model for a few years now and still love it, sounds and plays fantastic.

Oh for acoustic I love my ovation 12 string.

I do love my Yamaha RBX375 (5-string bass), and I generally prefer Ibanez guitars to the ones you've put there. They just feel nice to play.
Don't particularly care about the make though; just needs to have a neck that feels comfortable and good pickups. You're generally better off buying a cheap guitar and then adding some amazing pickups rather than going straight for the expensive guitar brands.

Went for steel string acoustic because that's what i have :3
But those strings are still killing me on longer sessions, beeing temped slowely to switch to nylon but i'm currently seeing it as a challenge

Nylon owns steel string on everything but natural harmonics (pinch harms are near impossible on acoustic anyway). It takes a lot of technique to get them to ring true, but otherwise the slack on the strings muffles a lot of mistakes and whatnot... plus it just has that amazing "plucky/breezy" sound to it, instead of all that "twang". I'll never go back to steel.

I am a bassist, and my favorite (and only, so far) bass is a Hofner Galaxie.

It's got a great sound, and looks amazing. It's short-scale, unlike the one in the picture, though.
I'm thinking of saving my money to get a Rickenbacker 4003 by the end of high-school, too, since I kinda went for a lower price on my first bass.

Mmm, i especially like the "muffles mistakes" part might have to take a trip to my local guitarshop, That twang haunts me sometimes, i feel like it is really slowing down my progress. Thanks for the input
