10-11 hours nonstop (no caffeine) a few years back while playing a marathon of Deus Ex. Can't get any higher without my reflexes screwing up on me.

When I was a young wastrel I used to play entire Civilization games in one sitting. I know I've done at least 10hrs in Civ before. These days the norm is maybe 2hrs on a rare weekday, 4 on weekends. Problem is I like sleep almost as much as I like gaming.

Strange, When I was young I used to love spending hours lost in RPGs, simulators and strategy games. Now I'm older all I want to do is play short intense bursts in geometry wars or some MAME shooter.

I'm guessing it was ten hours I spent playing Infamous. It was so long that I got hungry, kept playing, and when I finally did eat something, I threw it up.

The time I spent all night playing all the way through Red Faction II. Not the longest game, sure, but the seven hours I spent plowing through it was certainly longer than any other play session I've ever had.

About 20 hours when I beat Fable 3 in one sitting. That game was damn too easy and watered down, but it was pretty fun. I don't plan on doing it again. My usual session lasts 3-6 hours when I have the time. That hasn't been in awhile, though :(

~50 hours when Wrath of the Lich King was released. I enjoy gaming marathons when I have time for them, but I no longer have time for them =(.

clocked out at 25 hours, NEVER EVER AGAIN. i started to see things at the edges of my vision.
When I was a teenager I stayed up an entire weekend just to see if I could do it, and then crash sunday night. Played games intermittently, and never broke my habit of jogging before sunrise. On the third day I was jogging and completely loopy... when the sun broke, the light hit me and I felt like it hit me with force. Like I ran into a wall or something, totally staggered.

Got scared, went home and slept 16 hours.

8-12 hours of WoW back in summer 2006. I was alone at home for a couple of weeks with nothing to do before starting university the following September. I was still leveling my first character (so the game was all new and shiny) and wanted to get to 60 before university started.

A buddy of mine let me borrow Xenogears. He was going out of town with family for two weeks and he wanted it back when he came home. I came home with it Saturday morning at like 8 and by Sunday night I had put 30 something hours into it. Beat the game later that week. He couldn't believe it when i Told him.

14 hours trying to beat a particular bonus dungeon in an RPG. Can't remember exactly but it was probably the Ancient Cave in Lufia 2.

Sadly I can't do things like that anymore. Besides work and school, your head starts hurting around the 10 hour mark. Besides, even 14 hours wasn't enough.

No idea. I'd guess I probably did over 8 hours at some point in my life, but I normally get up and do other things after a few hours.

24 hours of Yoshis Island with a friend until my snes overheated and the screen turned black. I would never try this with todays consoles. My snes still worked after it cooled down but i doubt that a 360 or a ps3 would survive this.

Come on. We've all pulled off a 36-hour gaming streak before. Admit it.
Yeah, mine's about 36 hours. I would probably do it much more often if I didn't have college. That's probably not a good thing.

Fallout(yes the first one) played it through repeatedly, last playthrough I eradicated everyone, after achieving maximum level minmaxed as the ultimate energy weapons user, armed with a turbo plasma rifle and the alien blaster, wearing hardened powered armour, nothing could face me and hope to live(except the vault 13 overseer, who as far as I can tell is invulnerable). That gaming session was interspersed with breaks only to collect food from the refridgerator, and use the toilet periodically as needed, and lasted for somewhere over 3 full days, not sure when I finally fell asleep, all I know is that I woke up on the floor next to my chair... so over 72 hours, not really sure of the exact length of time.

That was a long time ago.

Had a few solid weekends of gaming (meaning, about 48 hours), a few years back. Can't do them anymore, though, and not just because I don't have the time.

Longest ever has been between 21-23 hours for me, but I don't like doing that simply for the sake of the console/PC, rather than myself. Most sessions are between 8-10.

I also remember doing a "no bathroom/eating/drinking" one just for the hell of it. I made it to 17 hours. Never doing that again.
