I won't. Post count has never meant anything to me. Quality over quantity.

That's not to say some people aren't capable of having high post counts and posts that are more than just spam. Just most people don't.

Maybe, but I guess not. It's just 1000 posts, when you see posters here with over 10000 posts every day.

I don't think I did. At most, I believe I just did a small bit of text with a "hooray" in it. If I recall correctly, my only real celebrations were at 8,000, 15,000, and 20,000.

I can't wait to hit 1000, but I'm not about to spam like some people to reach it. Justlook at my join date and post count. I am a slow poster, I don';t reply to every single thread just to bump my post count.

Now because of that no one here will recognize me, and my 1000th post will fall on deaf ears but for my 1000th post I plan to make a list of all the types of threads and posts I hate. I plan to thank the moderators for letting me get my Neo badge (I hope I'll make it to 1000 without probation/suspension/ban ) even though I get into some heated discussions on the religious forum, and I think I've posted "use the search bar"/"zomg not this thread again" too many times.

PS: Something I hate is when no one reads my replies in long threads But I am guilty of the same thing, I usually read the first 5 replies, and the last 5. And doing that made me spot Neonbob, I joined August 2008, he joined December 2008. He has 30,000 posts. I have 500.

Today I cut my teeth! 1000 posts! I'm overjoyed that I could manage to not get banned long enough to see my 1000th post. Of course I can't just make a thread saying "Look at me a I have more posts now!" So I made a poll. Will you celebrate your 1000th post?

I didn't celebrate my 1000th post. I didn't even notice I passed 1,000. Hell, I'm relatively close to hitting 2,000. Will I celebrate that? Nope, because I probably won't notice either.
