Poll: You're a virgin, would you rather your first time be with another virgin or someone with experience?

A simple question really: You're a virgin, and for some random-ass reason you've had bestowed upon you a great power, the power to choose whether you lose your virginity to some other virgin, or an experienced individual. They are identical in every other way.

So would you prefer someone who's more likely to give you a good first time, but compares you to all their other lovers? Or someone who cannot compare you to anyone, but also meaning you risk having an awkward and unenjoyable first time because of their lack of experience?

I'd go for one with experience, as I'd want my first time to be memorable, the good kind of memorable. Plus I could pull the whole "it's about being close and intimate" card out if I was crap.

Another virgin, obviously. I don't want too look like a noob in front of someone experienced.

Probably a virgin. I'd rather neither of us know what to do (To an extent. Probably important to know what goes where!) rather than embarrassing myself in front of (or in several other possible directions of) somebody knowledgeable.

It's probably best if atleast one of us knows what the hell to do.

So yeah, someone with some XP would be preferable.

And your first time is likely going to suck regardless.

Lost mine to somebody experienced, led to an excellent memory and i got complimented which was nice. But it does feel good to take someone else's, because being the experienced one gives you a good feeling.

Wow that last sentence says a whole lot about you ( not a bad nor a good thing, just neutral)

Experienced , because i'd learn faster that way . Also if it's a one time deal i have to go with experienced , but if it's a girlfriend or someone with whom i'd hook up quite often i'd say virgin . Because nothin is more fun that learning together .

I lost mine to someone experienced. It does sometimes bother me when I think back and realize that I was not his "first" but it is not something I lose sleep over.

I think Achmed the Dead Terrorist summed up my feelings on this one:

I'd rather have 72 sluts who know what they're doing!
[sub]As an aside, I don't think choosing who you lose your virginity to is a "great power" ...?! Being 100% certain you'll never regret it might be a different matter though![/sub]

LOst it to a virgin, was a pretty good experience.

Though if I could do it again, I'd love to lose it to a bit of a dominant woman with experience.

Well seeing as I truly am a virgin, the answer is...either. Being with another virgin there will hopefully be no expectations of greatness so doesn't matter. Being with someone experienced though I would make them aware of my inexperience and as long as they knew they probably weren't going to get a great performance out of shy, insecure me and they're cool with it, then still doesn't matter....but seeing as I'm to at least some extent a misanthrope and I hate the sound of two people kissing/making out I doubt this will ever be a worry for me.

I'd rather at least one person knows a bit more than just I stick my dick in her and thrust.

I'm going to say that if I were a virgin again I wouldn't give a shit whether the person I was having my first time with was a virgin or not. The importance that is assigned to whether someone is a virgin or not is downright moronic. It doesn't matter even a teensy bit. What's important is if it's someone you really care about, that'll make a first time much more memorable than whether the person is a virgin or not.

Speaking from experience, I'd rather an experienced individual. Two virgins together makes for an embarrassing, confusing, painful (for one of the parties involved) and generally awkward experience. All of that stuff about wanting your first time to be special and beautiful never really happens, generally speaking. At least one of the parties should know what the hell they're doing.

As long as the experienced person knows that I am a virgin... I would be fine with the experienced person.

All I meant was that when I was on the other side of the picture, I was more comfortable that and felt better than being the first timer...

Speaking from experience I lost my virginity to my girlfriend who wasn't a virgin. Understanably this put additional pressure on me, and whilst I was perfectly fine (as in there was no OTT clichéd Judd Apatow situations) I didn't exactly enjoy it.
