who said they were highly advanced or armored?Julianking93 said:highly advanced armored robots
In that case, I'm more worried about zombies, but I'd think that if robots where to become self aware and decide they want to overthrow humanity, I'd imagine they'd be pretty advanced and equipped with some pretty badass weaponry.camokkid said:who said they were highly advanced or armored?Julianking93 said:highly advanced armored robots
they could just be a few of those old crappy robosapien toys that are really pissed off
And how would you generate said EMP? Shouting EMP is not some sort of magic bullet against robots. Magnetic shielding exists, EMPs are just a common misconception spread by lazy writing.Donnyp said:EMP for Robots Shotguns For Zombies.....But cupcake Terrorists? Are they after the Cupcakes or they use em as weapons?
Well if we're being at all serious neither of those is possible, muscles and such require bodily functions to be intact (cellular respiration still needs to occur) so zombies won't be any more death-resistant than humans. However, a real zombie virus could be much scarier than max brooks' zombies because there is no reason the virus/bacteria can't be airborne except that it would really suck. There is also no reason zombification has to make you stupider, in fact I remember someone suggesting once that in theory a virus could stimulate brain cell growth making zombies smarter than humans, and I suppose this could also be true of muscles/tendons/ligaments, so zombies could actually be far superior creatures to us humans.Master_of_Oldskool said:I suppose that depends on the type of zombie. I, for one, always think of the Max Brooks World War Z variety when I hear the word "zombie", but the deadites of the Evil Dead series would be more of a threat.Based on the World War Z archetype, I would have to say robots are a bigger threat, since they're capaple of thought and a lot harder to kill- not to mention very unlikely to stay down permanently.
