There's a plethora of conflicting laws here, so I'll just say that under British Law (AFIAK) it is legal, but can be reversed at any time. The problem is the data they've utilised isn't strictly illegal. But the DPA (In Britain) allows you to remove it from their site. The new Digital Economy Bill [http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2010/mar/25/digital-economy-bill-commons] may make it legal anyway.Demented Teddy said:
