TL;DR not happening in our lifetime
No bigge, just back on 3 females and 3 males(think that is the minimum you need to avoid the genes being to identical to eachother) and send em of! ~80 generations later they will have reached it and can tell us :)

I bet if it has super strong, dwarven, sea dwelling inhabitants, they have a better name for it than Kepler 22b...
