People have found love in World of Warcraft. Hooray! I still find it excruciating though.

Assasins Creed has very good mainquests and i like the concept.

I love Skyrims setting and the orcs look badass (other races too but i`m a little fanboy when it comes to sharpteeth, mean, green looking orcs, a bit more of hulking them up for the next game would be nice). Damn now i want to give this game a new chance.

Sport games in general are looking almost like live tv-footage nowadays. Over the years the commentry (right word/spelling?sorry) has gotten better and better.

Handheld gaming in general has good, nice looking games.

Singstar can be fun when playing it drunk with a group of friends or even strangers.

I have no words to describe the sheer beauty of the cutscenes in FF XIII(-2).

Which should be expected, seeing as they're about 60% of the ga- I'll shut up now.

Seriously though, Square should look into making movies. If Avatar earned more than a billion on it's visuals alone (Which it did), these guys could fill the Indian Ocean with money.

Madden series has done a good job at convincing people that minor updates are worth $60 a year.

COD has great multiplayer and a Michael Bay campaign, if that's what you're in the mood for.

Alone in the Dark had some really good ideas for puzzles and combinating items in order to use them in different ways.

GTA IV had a great physics engine.

Modern Warfare 2 and its sequel have some of the tightest and most responsive controls for an FPS. Also it manages to present a bajillion shades of brown, no small feat for any color.

Mirrors Edge: Beautifull game.

I found the gameplay infuriating but love watching the pros do it on youtube.

I did enjoy the weapon/armour stacking system of Two Worlds. And the environments were pretty diverse.

Legacy of Kain: Blood Omen 2 has some satisfyingly brutal stealth kills.

Modern Warfare 3: I think how you kill Makarov was pretty bad ass.
Black Ops: The RC-XD
Modern Warfare 2: Breaching
World at War: Reznov

(I tend to buy games that I know I'll like, hence the lack of games that isn't CoD.)
Uhh... aren't those the last 4 CoD games?

OT: Two Worlds had a 'Quit' button. It came in handy.

too human, it had rather fun and fast controls for what is essentially console diablo dungeon-crawling.

also it gave me my nickname, "the lorecannon".

World of Warcraft - you set the standard for a MMORPG
Mario - your a great icon of video game culture and i applaud your success.
C&C: red alert 3 - ... at least you kept the live action cut scenes.

there are probably more but thats all i have off the top of my head.

Fallout 3 is very atmospheric. And I like how it handles environmental storytelling.

Also, goodie. I get captcha's now. "Check your work" Heh, kind of appropriate for a Bethesda game.
