Mk really needs to re-invent itself.
The past couple of MK games have all been ranging from terribly bad to meh.
I personally never liked any MK games since they went 3D with a character roster that could be summed up with the word clusterfuck. Since J.Tobias left the company Midway has really gone downhill.

They should really go back to the roots of MK2 and MK3 and go off from there and it seems like they might be doing it.

Now all I need is a sequel to Killer Instinct on top of this and my day is complete.

I think this looks like it'll be the best MK game in a LONG time, I was really only a fan of the classic series and didn't care much for the switch to 3d (though they weren't too shabby games, save for Armageddon which I hated).

I used to be such an MK fanboy. The shitty dc crossover featured appaulingly bad fatalities, but Kung Lao dragging Sub-Zero towards his spinning hat on the ground is gonna be brutal....and FUCKING AWESOME!

It s interesting to see how many of the characters being shown off in this trailer are ones that fans were dissapointed not to see in MK V DCU (such as Reptile, Mileena and Kung Lao).

It probably wont but I'm hoping this sees a PC release.

omg yesssssss. Ive never really been into fighting games but i absolutely loved the mortal kombat on the genesis and this looks exactly like it except better.
