Haven't been online much have you?

Basically, you can add tits to any character out there, and there will always be someone interested...
Yes, I have been online, however, I tend to steer clear from DeviantArt.

Butch? I have never, ever, heard either of them described as butch. Though I guess if your definition of "butch" is "taking care of business themselves, rather than cowering in a corner waiting for a man to do it," yeah, they're super butch.
They pack more guns/ammo than Duke Nukem, punch kick and shoot their way through places most ladies would never have been inside in the first place, and never once stop to do something stereotypically feminine. Laura in particular dresses in mens fashion most of the time, sans some accommodation for her funbags. So yeah, I'd call them butch. Don't have to look like a cross between Roseanne Bar, Stephen Segal, and a Mac Truck to be butch.
What a narrow view of femininity you have.
Gotta love the sheer class of referring to breasts as 'funbags', both in conversation with a female and as part of an argument (credibility lost). I won't pretend I don't use similar terms around the lads though...*hypocrisy check*

I must be the only person so far to think this is both awesome and hot! The rest of you should lighten-up and enjoy the side boob
that is disgusting check the pics and if you dont agree there is something wrong with you
Dude relax, I don't think this is the dawn of some hardcore fetish (c.f. Rule 34), its just a bit of a laugh. Oh and don't be so scathing of the girls unless you can land yourself a perfect 10 every time you leave the house.

Some people should calm down here, it is alright, they need some work on the costumes though. Overall....meh.

I do divide lesbians into two basic groups. The Diesels I mentioned above who are, or are interested in, the more masculine or strongly feminist side of things. And, the Lipsticks, who are the very definition of girly.
Yeah, there are only two types of people in the world, those that believe every person in the world can fit into 1 of 2 categories and me.

Anyway, I'm not really a huge fan of strip clubs primarily because I feel a great urge to abuse the no touch policy and I'd probably get my arse beaten by a big guy named Ben or something.

This all just seems like harmless fun even if it is a bit tacky, I'm a bit weirded out by the reactions of most people here. It's kinda like when you wake up and you realize you're not the young rebellious forward thinking upstart anymore, you're now an old conservative codger whose opinions ceased to matter, unless you're in the senate.

I for one found out something interesting: Nitzer Ebb is still together?! That's unbelievably awesome! I thought they stopped playing in the late 90s.

Anyway, this discussion actually presents an interesting view on the Escapist posters' psyches. I'd love to see some demographic information about how the opinion skews across age lines, but it kinda looks like generally the younger forumers are being more vocal about disliking it. (The venom is quite staggering, actually.)

Personally, my opinion is 'meh.' If I didn't have any better plans, I probably could be convinced to go watch women dress up as videogame characters and then strip, while VG music was playing. It'd be interesting to know if the women in that show actually were familiar with the characters they were portraying, however. The fact that they weren't as perfect as plastic surgery could make them leads me to believe that they just might have been. (Either that, or the producers of the show couldn't afford to pay to get the 'A' bodies up there.)

I agree! We just need a Rikku one and a bit of April Ryan burlesque and my life will be complete ;)

And yes, I know this furthers the gaming nerd stereotype. So what? xD
Urge to point out that Rikku is jailbait... Rising...

Still, as long as the cosplaying strippers are actual nerd chicks, I'm fine with it. If they're just hired whores, well...
It seems like it would be a completely different matter.

Yeah.

Um...come back when you've got real strippers, 'kay?

Where I come from, they take it all off, not this pussy half-way thing you Americans do.
It's a burlesque show, not a bachelor's party.

A burlesque show and a strip show are two different things. Trust me, we have plenty of girls who get naked over here, too.

I must agree. This is hilarious, but at the same time, very, very disturbing.

That's right, ***** :D

Anyway, looking at those pics, this is just... strange. I'll take normal strippers, thanks. I don't need them to be video game flavored.

Deviantart is a wasteland of childhood memories transformed into furry art.

This

If I want to be aroused I'll watch some porn. If I want to have fun I play a video game.

I don't need or want to mix the two.
