You want to know why I still watch wrestling? That 8 man tag match between: Kofi Kingston, C.M. Punk, Evan Bourne, and Rey Mysterio vs. Manu, Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase, and Kane is the reason I still watch wretling!

Ted Dibiase still wrestles? Christ. Tis another reason I stopped with the WWE. They keep a guy when his kids are too old to pull of a decent match (Flair, Hogan, Savage, 'Taker)

TNA will turn out like that too if they don't nip it in the bud soonish and send Booker T packing. It will become the home for all the name wrestlers not good enough to drag out their career with the WWE, but too big to just sit home or work the indy circuit. (cough) Foley (cough)

Oh yeah, thank christ Rikishi Phatu didn't stay long. I had nightmares of Rikishi vs. Scott Steiner fighting for the gold. *shudder*

Additional: I'm now happy again about the TNA Women's Division (not calling them the KO's *sigh*) as when I stopped watching it 6 months ago, Pointless Kong was just squashing everyone that challenged and injured most. I mean, they could get my fat ass grandma to do everything Kong does, she doesn't wrestle or jump or anything really. Like Hogan I guess, anyone could play out those motions and as long as the person getting kicked around is useful, it'll look half decent

Do you mean the Undertaker? Because he 'dies' more times than he gets a belt now. Well, that was the case a few years ago when I stopped watching the 'E. He dies, just to hype his return to wrestle mania by turning the lights off and strobing it up etc.

EDIT: And the shamen you talk of is Papa Shango. He didn't go far though. He got a new persona as a UFC style guy called KAMA for a brief stint and then got bigger by coming down to the ring saying "COME GET ON THE HO TRAIN" and leading a load of Hos down to the ring. The Godfather, Classic.

Ted DiBiase (Jr) is the next Randy Orton. He is absolutely......priceless.

The WWE Divas are everything wrong with Women's pro-Wrestling. Although now Beth Phoenix is champ, Natalya Neidhart is on Smackdown, It looks like Victoria might be getting another push there is still hope....At least until I realize Candice Michelle is getting a title shot at No Mercy....

TNA Knockouts on the otherhand are everything that is right....as long as you ignore that Beauty Pagent a few weeks ago. And it is a damn shame that 'Cute' Kip James is making more money than Angelina Love, Velvet Skye, Awesome Kong, and Roxxi even though every one of them is more talented in the ring than he is.

Alright, Im gonna go ahead and post my predictions for this Sunday's No Mercy Pay-Per-View

World Heavyweight Championship
What I want to happen: Chris Jericho wins an instant classic.
What I think will happen: Chris Jericho wins in an instant classic.

WWE Championship
What I want to happen: Triple H realizes he can no longer bury all the young superstars and Jeff Hardy wins cleanly.
What I think will happen: Triple H retains, although I think Vladmir Kozlov will make an appearance

ECW Championship
What I want to happen: Matt Hardy retains the belt only to be attacked by John Morrison leading to a title match.
What I think will happen: Matt Hardy finally beats Mark Henry clean.

#1 Contenders Match
What I want to happen: Anything that leads to a Batista heel turn, he's old and stale and needs to freshen up his character.
What I think will happen: Bats will beat JBL. Cleanly. Again.

Big Show vs. The Undertaker
What I want to happen: These two to put on an entertaining match.
What I think will happen: It become's a handicapped match, Undertaker vs. Big Show and his surprise partner, The Undertaker's knees! Seriously the man can barely walk anymore...I think its almost time to hang it up.

Kane vs. Rey Mysterio
What I want to happen: Rey Mysterio return to his roots and does his crazy flippy self and wins...please...the mask angle didnt work in WCW and it wont work now!
What I think will happen: Evan Bourne comes out and helps Rey squeak by with a win

Women's Championship
What I want to happen: Candice Michelle misses her flight and is replaced by Gail Kim.
What I think will happen: Candice will botch her way to a women's title....and I will lose faith in humanity...

I used to watch wrestling occasionally when we had cable TV, purely because of the high-flyers. Those guys rock.
I used to enjoy watching the crappy storylines, just to see how ridiculous and downright horrible it'd get. Wrestling can be entertaining if you look at it in the right light.

I got into wrestling about 2 years ago, then I started watching less and less. The big backing Cena has just enrages me for no perceiveable reason, the poo that was The Marine just made is shaky character that much worse (Durr imma thug marine durr)
The only time I watch it now is if Bigshow is on or the Undertaker is dominating.

(and I'll stop watching forever once they end his wrestlemania streak for some stupid promo reason)

If Rey wins Kane has to put his mask (and hair) back on. OOOH YEAh. But that won't happne. I also recommend Chocolate Kane.

Jericho vs. Michaels in a ladder match. Also, Matt Hardy is the ECW champ already, Mark Henry is the #1 contender.

The way I see it, one of two big things are going to happen. Either Matt Hardy retains and Jeff wins the WWE championship, thus making the Hardy Boyz the champs, or Michaels wins and Triple H retains making (as King pointed out on monday) DX the champs.

Also, it's not like Rey's never been unmasked [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68UOPaMKp90&feature=related] before, so there's really no reason to do it again.

It was waaay better in the early to mid nineties when it didn't take itself too seriously. It was more fun to watch a clown fighting a racecar driver, or a trash collecter fighting someone in loud pink spandex. Nowadays, they tout themselves as real athletes/fighters which is ridiculous. At least when it was cheesy I could get past the fact that they pretended to be angry at each other for the weeks leading up to when they pretended to fight each other.

I'm just happy that they're airing Wrestlemania on cable tv tomorrow night. Having never seen a PPV before (I'm a cheap bastard, what can I say?), and being as big a fan of the WWE that I am, this is definitely something I'm looking forward to.

No, they chant it because Russo is trying to recreate what he did with WCW (the toilet treatment) whilst also mirroring WWE with the roster he books for, rather than booking something completely different.

All the matches he books have unclean endings and give TNA another year or so and it will be a BIGGER JOKE than the WWE.

Did anyone else think that was a really tactful way for Jarrett and Angle to state their views on Vinny Mac whilst making it look like Kurt didn't want to. Even making it look like he's getting fined as well. I like it.

I also like the fact that JJ doesn't company name drop every 2 bastard minutes like most of the Russo encouraged dialogue is.
