If you were there you would of seen that she was the one that was being mean by threating to kick my ass in the first place. It isn't like I go around looking for a reason to throw stuff at people. I still get the feeling we're talking past eachother. You say your mistake was "assuming nothing would happen". That's not where the mistake was. Even if you could be 100% sure nothing would happen, beyond the shadow of a doubt, you still shouldn't do it. Because it's a mean thing to do to someone.

It also doesn't matter if the other person was also mean. Two wrongs don't make a right, so be the bigger person.
