It would still be illegal. As much as people love to bash lawmakers, they have the benefit of teams of lawyers that gained experience scouring over laws to find loopholes for their clients to exploit. One that large and that obvious is not going to slip by the Justice system, especially when large escort services have already tried to exploit it.
BUUTTT
if they prostitute had the client prepare paperwork to be in a porno...
then it'd work.
nothing sexier than paperwork for foreplay...
Prostitution has historically been defined as a person paying another for sex acts involving themselves.
Pornography involves a third party paying two people to have sex with each other so that that third party, or other fourth parties may watch.
Recording the event is irrelevant.

Prostitutes are murdered all the time. For the sake of the girls lost it shouldn't be a heavy crime, most prostitutes are either drug addicts or sex-slaves (look it up it's terrible), at least just send them to rehab and give them some support to get back on their feet. Prostitution should be legal though would prevent the deaths and pimps because the girls can be open about it.
Right here is the reason it should be legal. Testing would significantly cut down on the transmission of diseases, and nobody can argue that eliminating the abuse inherent as a part of the profession would be a bad thing.
People are going to seek out prostitutes anyway and most of what they are trying to prevent by making it illegal is better prevented by making it legal, and controlled.
