Oh, that's fine if you don't enjoy RS, it's not for everyone, but to lump Marion in with the rest of us is simply unfair. If you consider a fictional character to be a douchebag, no problem, but I hope you're not saying that the rest of our reviewers aren't doing their jobs.

Correct, you will still see the videos exactly as they are now if you do not subscribe. Along with their ads. All those nice, pretty, enjoyable ads. Mmmmmm. I love watching ads, even those flash ones on the forums that slow my computer down a little. Sarcastic and harsh people on your internet? It's more likely than you think.

That being said, I've already been enjoying the 1 page articles. That was a great thing to add. I think the grab bag of little goodies style is a good way to do this. Non-subscribers, be they willful or circumstantial, aren't missing out and shouldn't feel screwed, but all the small things add up to a real convenience for those of us who can and want to throw money at the Escapist.
