max payne 1 was the TPS that was not design with cover in mind as a reslut you only crouch and no bad level design. as you only move forward and shoot. max payne 3 again introduce cover system with lazy wall cover level design.
Yeah, and Max Payne 3 had the best gunplay in the series in spite of that. If you don't like the cover system, minimize your use of it. The enemies become more manageable if you keep moving. I don't see what's so special about the gunplay of Max Payne 1. You're just biased. Like I said in Subjectless, you're obsessed with everything staying the same, to the point that it clouds your judgement.
I don't know why anyone even pays attention to this troll, let alone responds to him. He's always bitching about optional features as if they're forced. It makes it obvious what a noob he is at playing.
There's nothing wrong with having a cover system if it's well made, and the one in MP3 definitely is. It's not auto cling, there are many suitable objects to crouch behind without attaching to them, and the physical border of objects is so tight, you can aim very close to them and stay in cover pretty well even without attaching to cover. I doubt this idiot even knows that.
I'll add that one of the best things about the cover system if you choose to use it though, is it blends perfectly with shoot dodging. All you need do is dive near a cover object, then tap the snap to cover key and rinse and repeat. They literally made the game so you can go all arcade cover, or no cling-to cover at all, yet morons like him still find something pointless on their troll bucket list to ***** about.
The crappy new forum layout and this buffoon, which people take FAR too seriously, are the biggest reasons to avoid GT lately. This place is practically dead anymore.
