Will Smith for sure. At least he has some potential left; I can't take Christian Bale seriously since his meltdown, and Sam Worthington who while is pretty, is a rather bland actor. At least if Woll Smoth Will Smith was Bond we'd see a African-American Bond for the first time.
Nathan Fillion'd be a good choice if we're allowed to choose outside the poll. I could easily see him fulfill the three requirements every Bond has to fulfill; 1) looking pretty, 2) being badass, and 3) being witty.

O god please none of the above. None of those even remotely give me the "bond" vibe. Please keep daniel craig for at least 3 more movies.
It should remain Daniel Craig. He is a great Bond, particularly for the more down to earth, gritty Bonds of the past few movies. Currently, I don't like any of these new candidates for Bond. Will Smith in particular. Now, I like Will Smith. Excellent actor, has done great work. But Bond? No. He's...I probably can't put this well...he is too aggressive. He is very loud and in your face, which works fine for the rest of the characters. But Bond has to be more classically cool. A good meter stick is that a good Bond would have to look awesome idly holding a Martini glass in a tux with a blank expression while something explodes behind him. Will Smith wouldn't.
Of the major celebrities, I'm nominating Jude Law for white (out of the people I actually know) and Chiwetal Ejiofor for black.

I say keep Daniel Craig - I think he's doing a great job, and although Quantum of Solace was an average movie at best, Casino Royale was awesome, and Craig delievered noteworthy performances in both films.
