It's Mass Effect 3 or a Mass Effect spinoff of some kind. Seeing that we have roughly 1.5 years between Dragon Age and Dragon Age 2, and if we assume the same production cycle, it's likely that. Personally, I'd be open to a ME spinoff, since you can go in almost any direction.
Personally, I'd love it to be a squad-based tactical game. And I mean real tactics, not an FPS where you can tell your "teammates" where to die...

I'm thinking: Mass Effect prequel. It takes place on Earth right after Eezo first gets utilized. You know, Civil unrest and whatnot.
I'd like them to make the game that Alpha Protocol promised it would be.

I hope that its a new IP, but in my heart I know its going to be a Mass Effect based spin-off. Mass Effect: First Contact seems to be the most popular theory on the Bioware forums.
I hope we get something D&D based (anything but 4th edition, pls.), like NWN/BG, except with a plot that we haven't already seen.

My god do I hope ME3 is coming soon. I just finished my fifth playthrough of both games, so we need it NOW!
I voted Mass Effect 3 as I would like to get that over with.
If not that I would hope they returned to do a game in the Forgotten Realms setting. I don't think they did good work with the very bland Dragon Age setting, so perhaps Forgotten Realms would give them something to work with. So far their two games in that setting have been their best work. Now I'm not really advocating another Baldur's Gate game as that is fine as is. But something else could work.
