Except at 3 Mile Island, radiation levels didn't even exceed those found in NORMs (naturally occurring radioactive materials). But, you're right, a reactor is a reactor is a reactor. Was my answer cause I know me. I'd wonder off the beaten path and come back with advanced radiation sickness. Yeah... I dont exactly have the best luck in the world.
Besides, I can just go visit 3 mile island instead (since i live in PA) and get the same basic gist.
