The first 3 with emphasis on Crappy characterization. I hate cardboard cut-out characters, especially the badass macho man type (think Dead to Right). I like my characters to be more or less human. Good story is also very important, I have nothing against linear gameplay if the story is done really well and isn't filled with retcons and plotholes the size of BP oil spill (I'm looking at you Modern Warfare 2).
