On second thought you don't know, she relies on him a lot and he doesn't seem frustrated, so I guess something happens between her kidnapping episodes. On the other end, I start becoming suspicious of how careless she is to let Bowser kidnap her all the time. Years ago, before I understood that I loved comics, Nintendo put out a "Link to the Past" comic that showed Links journey as it would have gone in the game in fast forward. At the end, Link is a hero, but it's bitter sweet, since Link can't have the princess. I actually cried (what, I was maybe 13 or 14) at the end. I darted room to room to escape my dads concern.
