What about Blaze from Streets of Rage? Dropping bombs in a boob tube and mini skirt with one of the (probably THE best at the time) best musical scores ever. It still gives me chills today when I hear the signature tune.

Ye I don't know if it is just me but the poll option this time around really do seem a bit lacking. I can agree with 1, 3 and 4 but 2 and 5 really shouldn't be on it at all.
