My first question is why are we putting animals on Twitter? I don't even see the point of Humans on Twitter. Come to think of it, I don't see the point of Twitter PERIOD.

Why not microscopic organisms? Parasites? At least people might gain something in the form of real information about disease and how to avoid them.

I find it disturbing that we're wasting time inventing devices to post automated messages on the internet based on whatever the animal is doing. Scientists/engineers/whoever else is involved need better priorities.
