Gotta go with Dead Or Alive on this one. The visuals are already basically anime, it has the storyline mix of silly and serious that would be perfect for anime, and I would never complain about seeing more of the DOA girls.

I'd most like to see BioShock have it's own anime and have the steampunk art deco style recreated in to an animation.

TF2 would be good but only if they did it more as a comic of a game e.g. respawns etc rather than a comic imagined

I really don't mind a Persona 4 anime. Since I like the characters and the setting a lot. And the voice acting was actually very passable.

Don't get me wrong, I really like anime, it's just that 95% of all games wouldn't really work as animes.

Based on the "Meet The..." videos, the shenanigans in said anime would be sheer awesomeness.

TF2 could be cool if they made it geared it towards adults. Could be interesting if they did it like a "3 Stooges" style and the two sides just kept trying to defeat the other one with quirky yet fatally flawed ideas.
